A Frosh is a first-year orientation program. When you first come to McGill, you will be able to choose one of various froshes - there are faculty froshes (Arts, Science, etc) and also Alternative Froshes - we are one of those alternative froshes.

Both Jewish culture and university culture is all about having a community -a group of people that you feel comfortable with, that you share interests and backgrounds with, and that you can rely on for support and a good time. One of the main goals of 'Let My People Frosh' is to get a group of students together just before school starts so that you can start building a community to last for the rest of the year and beyond.

There are various Jewish groups on campus, and we hope you get to know all of them. 'Let My People Frosh' is being hosted by Ghetto Shul, in conjunction with Hillel and Chabad. Ghetto Shul is a cool place with cool students. Located at the corner of Bagg and Clark, it's a location where many Jewish Montrealers choose to spend Shabbat. We are a lively and inclusive bunch, with a passion for sustainability, spirituality, and connecting new friends!I
